I am am agnostic-athiest, I don’t believe in metaphysics, reincarnation, the divine or even the idea of a soul. But most people I know would consider me very spiritual.
Spirituality can be for everyone who simply wishes to get in touch with their inner being. Some people call this the soul, but I just choose to call it consciousness.
Spirituality can very greatly from person to person, but this doesn’t mean you can’t meet others along a similar path. Just make sure you don’t walk the same path as someone else, or blindly follow a teaching or teacher. I could consider myself a soto zen buddhist, as I follow many of the sect’s practices and beliefs, but not blindly or without cause.
Explore other beliefs, and ask yourself why you hold the beliefs you do. Finding out what’s true to you may lead to the most spiritual growth.
My regards,
Sebastien
